This is a vibrant wine both on the nose and the palate. It has a refreshing crispness suited to seafood and long lunches on summer days. Best enjoyed young and chilled.
100% Estate grown from Boydell’s Hunter Valley. Machine picked, crushed and chilled, free run and pressings fractions separated in the tank, gently fined, settled. Free run and pressings fermented together in stainless steel tank with a neutral yeast. A 10-day ferment, temperature managed to maintain freshness and varietal character. Solids/ lees fermented in old oak.
The wine was filtered prior to bottling.
