Located adjacent to our restaurant in the historic village of Morpeth, our Cellar Door and Wine Bar are the showcase for our Hunter Valley boutique wine company, Boydell’s.
Cellar Door
Your tasting at Boydell’s will introduce you to our wines and story. During your relaxed, seated tasting our team will guide you through your choice of six wines (or let them know the style of wines you enjoy, love to share, or cellar and they will tailor your tasting to help you find a new favourite). Book your experience (and add a Charcuterie/Cheese platter) via the button below and we’ll have a table waiting for you so all you have to do is relax and enjoy.
Wine Bar
After wandering the shops and historic streets of Morpeth it’s nice to know there is somewhere to relax with a glass of local wine, cocktail or craft ale. Our wine bar offers comfy lounges, bar seating or tables so you can imbibe in our Bar Menu of charcuterie, cheeses, olives or dips.
The Wines
With our vineyard located on our farm in East Gresford, our wines offer a different expression of the Hunter Valley. Our sustainably farmed vineyard reaps the benefits of the nearby Barrington tops and pure waters of the Allyn River. To supplement our Hunter Valley range, we source cooler climate varietals from like minded partners in the NSW Hilltops and Orange regions. We welcome you to our Cellar Door to experience Boydell’s wines. Add a Charcuterie & Cheese Board to complete the experience.
