Boydell’s Wine Club is renowned for being a flexible, convenient and cost effective way to ensure regular delivery of our award winning, small batch wines.
With incredible benefits it’s quickly becoming one of the hottest wine clubs in the Hunter. You’ll receive
–  save 20% on your wine club deliveries
– free delivery on your regular wine club orders, and additional wines ordered at this time
–  save 15% on all other Boydell’s wine purchases online, in Cellar Door and in our Restaurant

No fees – Wine Club membership is complimentary


Flexibility – you select the wines & how frequently you’d like them. We’ll deliver them straight to your door with free delivery. It’s super easy to edit your membership and selections. You can change your selections at any time.  Heading off on that long awaited holiday or work trip? No problems you can skip a delivery or have it delivered when you get home


Great savings – to reward you for your support, your regular wine club deliveries, and any additional wines ordered at this time, attract a saving of 20%. Any wines ordered online, in the Cellar Door or enjoyed in the Restaurant throughout the rest of the year attract a saving of 15% 

Free Delivery – your wine club delivery and other wines order at this time are delivered to your door freight free.

Fun events, dinners, long lunches & tastings – we’ve got you covered with exclusive, priority invitations & member pricing on your tickets

Complimentary Cellar Door hosting – VIP wine tastings are complimentary for you and up to 5 guests. Taste the latest releases and introduce your favourite wines to a few friends on us.

Frequently Asked Questions

I can't wait to enjoy my Boydell's wines, when will I receive my first wine club delivery?

When you join the Wine Club in the Cellar Door we’ll package up your first pack to take home with you.
When joining the Wine Club via the website your wines will be sent, freight free, within a week.

I like to change it up, how do I know when my wine selections are due?

We will email you two weeks prior to your selections being due. You are welcome to make as many changes as you like, and add additional wines to your delivery within this two weeks. All wines ordered at this time attract a saving of 20%.

Is there a fee to join the wine club?

No your membership is complimentary. You simply need to agree to receive a minimum 24 bottles of wine via Boydell’s wine club annually. We’ll reward you with a range of benefits & member prices on all other purchases.

Do I need to pay for shipping/freight?

No. Your wine club deliveries are delivered to your door freight free. Orders made at other times throughout the year will attract subsidised freight costs. Our tip… order extra wines with your wine club delivery, you’ll receive additional discounts & free delivery at this time.

What can I do if I will be away when my delivery is due?

Contact us rowena@boydells.com.au and we’ll keep your wines safe (we promise we won’t drink them), and we’ll deliver them when you return.

How do I cancel my membership?

Boydell’s Wine Club is an ongoing membership, cancellation is not available in the first 12 months. We’d hate to see you go but if you need to cancel after your initial 12 months (and minimum 24 bottles) please email rowena@boydells.com.au

You can put your membership on hold at any time by contacting us.

What discount does my membership attract?

We appreciate your ongoing support and understand wine tastes better at member’s prices. Our member’s wine club deliveries, along with any additional wines ordered at this time, attract a saving of 20% & free delivery.

All additional wine purchases made throughout the year in cellar door, online or in the restaurant and wine bar attract a saving of 15%.

Can I share my Member benefits and discounts with my family and friends?

Your member prices & benefits are especially for you, they are to thank you for your support. We are happy to extend your discount to a spouse/partner without you being present, however no other person is permitted to use your Membership. Whilst onsite we are happy to extend Member benefits to family & friends accompanying you.

My wine delivery has gone missing in action, who can help me?

Leave it with us! Please email us and we will track the order via Australia Post’s eParcel service on your behalf. We will let you know the outcome of our search ASAP.

How do I receive my member's prices on orders other than my wine club deliveries?
  • Login to your account online & your member prices will automatically apply to your orders.
  • Introduce yourself on arrival in the cellar door or restaurant, and we’ll make sure we spoil you, and that member prices are applied to your cellar door and restaurant wine orders.
If I have changed address and my wine is despatched to my previous address, will I be charged for re-delivery?

It is your responsibility to keep your delivery details updated. We’ll forward you an email before each despatch as a reminder to check everything is current. You can easily update your details at anytime, through the website or by contacting us (02) 4018 7518.
