Easter is our favourite holiday. It’s time to slow down and savour the crisp days and cool nights of Autumn. It’s a time for bonfires and camp ovens under open skies, for the Gresford Billy Cart Derby, and for celebrating with good food and great wine—free from the commercial frenzy that Christmas so often brings.
With the vineyard growth easing and the workload lightening (somewhat!), we can take a moment to enjoy the farm and host family and friends, which we love to do.
