BOYDELL’S CHARDONNAY 2018
A beautiful Chardonnay with aromas of oatmeal, peach and rockmelon. The palate’s generous in flavour, but remains refined with mouth watering acidity gives it great structure, length and poise. The French oak an important role on both the nose and palate, but never dominates the fruit.

Fruit crushed and pressed cold, juice to oak (30% New, balance 1 yr old and older oak) French Puncheons and Hogs heads. Neutral yeast strain, no stirring, monthly topping, in oak for 8 months before blending and bottling.
