The depths of winter are ideal for sharing a glass of warming Shiraz. We love it with a hearty slow cooked dish for dinner or a Sunday lunch, when friends drop by with a platter of local cheese or charcuterie, or for when we find the time to go for a walk on the farm, set a fire and relax taking in the scenery.
