Chef Paula has been with us since opening. Renown for her exquisite food presentation & unique combinations, Paula & her husband owned & managed Shakey Tables in Pokolbin for many years.
Having recently joined us Tabatha (Tab) is our wonderful Restaurant Manager. Tab loves food, wine, & food & wine experiences. She`s owned her own restaurant, and spent some time with us at Paterson Tavern amongst many other accomplishments.

This week Chef Paula & team will be filling the restaurant with the aromas of this rich and intense flavour packed dish. Hearty food for a chilly day`s lunch or dinner and so delicious with our aged 2019 Hilltops Shiraz. 🍷
2019 Hilltops Shiraz has punchy, dark berry characters, with a rich, generous finish. Halliday awarded the wine 91 points. and Ned Goodwin describes it as
"A good wine. Succulent. Fresh. Floral. Ripe." This wine is also available via our inline store.
